Role Overview

Are you a people person with a knack for organization? We’re looking for a high-energy HR Intern to join our team. This isn't a "get us coffee" kind of internship. You’ll be right in the thick of it—helping us find top talent, keeping our workplace culture vibrant, and learning the inner workings of a modern HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various departments.

  • Onboarding: Help welcome new hires by preparing onboarding kits, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring they have everything they need for a "Day 1" win.

  • Employee Engagement: Brainstorm and execute internal events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives to keep morale high.

  • HR Operations: Support the maintenance of digital employee records and assist in the rollout of new HR policies or handbooks.

  • Data & Research: Conduct research on industry trends, such as compensation benchmarks or DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) best practices.
